What's the first thing you think about when you wake up?
Coffee!! and lots of it!

What makes you happy?
-making things
-going to dinner with friends
-watching my kids be creative

What's the best thing you've ever been given?
Super Mario 3 - I got it for Christmas when I was 10

What are three of your favorite things?
1) my kids - Kate, Maya and Lily
2) going on trips - and planning imaginary ones I can't afford!
3) celebrity gossip :)



Favorite thing to do on a snowy winters day?
Stay inside and dream about going back to California! I only like snow at Christmas time



If you were granted 3 wishes, what would they be?
1) to travel the world with my husband and kids
2) to have my own sewing room
3) that my student loan would magically disappear!

What advice would you give to a kid?
I have no idea... I guess don't change for people - be who and what you want to be.. something after-school special like that

What are you reading or listening too?
I read a lot but am currently working my way through the Harry Potter series - way behind on that bandwagon I have started listening to Metric Fantasies - another trend I am way behind on!

Currently I am a Graphic Designer, my dream job is to own a boutique sewing lounge and fabric store! or be a book cover designer like Chip Kidd

Any hidden talents?
I am pretty sure that I am about to discover my secret writing talent!
