Friday Favourites

Fall is approaching and with that an increase in my desire to knit and crochet my brains out!!!  Maybe I'm nesting already???  Here's some favourite patterns I want to make this fall and winter....we'll see how far my good intentions get me :)

Little crochet flowers

Jessi, Cassie and I are now into production mode for the upcoming Birth Fest and I have been working on these little crochet flowers that are so cute and satisfying to make! They are also a great way to use up all of those little leftover bits of yarn from bigger projects. They may end up as hair accessories, maybe ponytail holders or pins...what do you think they should be?

Pattern below!


Pattern:

Chain 4, join with slip stitch to make a ring

Round 1 - Chain 1, 9 double crochet into ring, slip stitch into chain at beginning of round

Round 2 - *Chain 2, 2 double crochets into next double crochet, chain 2, slip stitch into next double crochet* repeat from * to * 4 times to make 5 petals
