Embroidery Hoops

I have been experimenting with embroidery hoops the last few days and here are the results so far! I am absolutely a beginner in this area but it is so much fun because there are so many cute things that you can do! I have been using a mix of fabric and felt and hand sewing them on. The first picture also has crocheted rings for the orange and blue flowers...




I think the little acorn is my favourite so far and I have lots more ideas in the works for these little hoops! I was originally inspired by this post and am now trying to come up with designs for the Wolfe Island Music Festival that we will be at Aug 7. Which style do you like better? The flowers or the simpler mushrooms and acorn?
