Lollipop Dress

I just finished up this dress and a little skirt to go with it the other day....the skirt is basically just a fabric tube with an elastic casing at the top and two buttons, quick and easy! There is also a pair of bloomers to match that are still in the making. I liked the fabric because it wasn't too girly but it was still summery, and a friend of ours mentioned that it reminded her of those big, swirly lollipops! It also seems to go along with Jessi's Candy Land post from yesterday :) Happy Weekend everyone!!

    Those are adorable! Childrens clothing looks like it would be plenty of fun to make because you can add all the bright colors and cutesy details you want.

    thanks natty jane :) kids clothing really is fun because it tends to be simple and quick and the best part is children are usually more forgiving of errors!
